Small app. Does the job.

Any NTAG sticker

NTAG213, 215 or 216 and other NDEF tags. Cheap packs work fine.

QR for print

No NFC on the customer’s phone? The same link works as a QR code on a table card or receipt.

Questions

Which review sites?

Google reviews work at launch. Tripadvisor, Facebook, Trustpilot, Booking.com and Yelp are coming soon.

Which NFC tags work?

Any NDEF-compatible tag. NTAG213, NTAG215 and NTAG216 stickers are the cheapest and most common.

Do my customers need an app?

No. They tap the sticker or scan the QR code with their phone camera and land on your review form.

Is it really free?

Yes for the core. Writing NFC tags, QR codes and the redirect to your review form are free, with no account, and stay that way. Statistics will come later as a paid Tapvee Pro plan.

Does it work on Android?

For customers, yes, NFC and QR work on both iPhone and Android. The owner app is iPhone only for now.

Is this allowed by Google?

Yes. Every customer is sent straight to your public Google review form. Tapvee never filters or hides unhappy customers.
